Guess that would be one of the benefits of membership, you get the latest version of key reports. Please note, you don't get all my materials, but some of them. However, when you purchase sales training materials from my catalog you are getting those materials in their state at time of purchase.
Let's remember, all the resources made available either to members or via the catalog are living documents. In my office, with my contractors, these tools are being used to market technical and professional services (either for myself or my clients.) The electronic delivery of membership makes it a bit easier to update.
As new ideas test out, technology tools change, or strategies become less effective they are modified in these materials. That doesn't mean older versions of these manuals won't work, they work just fine, more is added than removed. It just means these resources are being taken down off the self for the copier, or printed from an internal document.
That's why some of the manuals and tool kits include hand written margin notes, hand drawings rather than fancy graphics, and even written indexes. Frankly I just don't have the time nor inclination to make this stuff pretty, because it's function that feeds my favorite charities (and bank account.)
At times sections of documents are improved from questions submitted by clients. That's probably the best way to get updated materials, so be sure to use the consultation or question coupons included in some materials. You can also fax in success stories specific to your application of these materials, that might get you updates too.

Ps. You can get updated versions of select publications either as a member, or all publications as a PLATINUM member.
Pps. Each document has a version number inside the front cover (my office uses simple change management to reduce duplication in content), please reference that when asking about updates. Major revisions include significant modification to content, minor versions include corrections and improvements in diagrams.
